Our video tutorials are pre-recorded and designed for self-paced learning. They can be accessed anytime – on your schedule. Students will watch engaging video lessons and our qualified coding coaches will instruct students when to pause the videos, code and develop their projects, and then test their work.
Depending on the topic, videos range from 5 minutes to 45 minutes in length. To complete each course will take longer than the actual video time as kids are required to pause the videos, code, design, and then test their work.
CODEFLIX has a range of video tutorials for kids aged 7 – 17. There are also a number of “show and tell” videos for younger kids. These videos are designed for kids who are not old enough to use computers yet but would love to watch our instructors do awesome things with technology.
CODEFLIX offers multiple video tutorials for kids of every ability. Each video notes whether it is an introductory, intermediate or advanced topic.
We’re constantly working on new content which means that new video tutorials are being uploaded every month.

The ideal set up for your CODEFLIX experience is a laptop, or desktop computer with a headset, a mouse and if available an additional screen. This is the most comfortable way to learn coding in general. Other options include just a laptop or desktop, or even viewing the video on one device while following the steps on another device.
To save your progress in Scratch you will need to download the desktop app and log in.
All subscriptions are automatically renewed. You can cancel the auto-renewal at any time. When cancelling your subscription, you will be charged for the month you cancel.
We recommend using Chrome as your browser. While CODEFLIX will work on other browsers we focus on optimizing for Chrome.
