How Codeflix started

Gourav Swarnakar started Codeflix after years of watching good products stall in bad delivery. The pattern was always the same: an impressive pitch, a contract, then a rotating cast of junior developers and a codebase nobody wanted to inherit. So we built the opposite. Every engagement is scoped by the person who will write the code. Every build ships weekly to a staging URL you can open. Every handover includes the documentation, the tests and the infrastructure, in your accounts, in your name.

Six years on we are eighteen engineers in Kolkata, shipping for clients from Bengaluru to Berlin. Still small on purpose.
